Friendly staff, good service, a clean restaurant, good prices, and good food! This is my second time to eat here and I will return again.

Ok for a Tex-mex place. Apparently the owner responding to my review doesn’t fully understand what the general term means 🤷🏼‍♂️ California raised and from the east side of San Jose. Salsa could better, a little bland. A lot of stuff on the menu was overpriced. Burrito was Advertised as a 12 inch burrito but was more like 6 or 7 😒 don’t care if you really are using a 12in tortilla like you claim. Seems misleading when you get a 14$ 6 in burrito on your plate.

Was craving Mexicam food... This place was the answer. The slasa was phenomenal 👍

Most delicious mexican. I dont know authentic mexican bc i live in HI, but still, best hispanic food on island, super high quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. I always do take out, interior astmosphere is the best you can get at a strip mall, though beer choices might make it worth eating in

The food is good but my biggest issue is there store hours. Hours posted are either incorrect or store will close the restaurant early

I've never seen a Mexican restaurant use canned cheese sauce for nachos (no, it's not queso), could of gone to Taco Bell for half the price. Salsa is pretty bad too.

Excellent food and service.

Their food is good but the organization skills are terrible. I've been there a few time over the past 3 years and everytime they are backed up, always the same 2 people, one in the front, one cooking. Kinda common sense after all this time, that its not gonna work, they need to get more staff. I feel bad for the guy who works in the front hes always having to deal with the angry customers.

Best Baja-style Mexican restaurant on the island! Makes me feel like i am back home in Cali!

Easily the best Mexican food in the area! We moved to the island in August and have been searching all around for a good Mexican restaurant since we got here. We ordered enchiladas and their red sauce was delicious as well as their salsa and chips! Unlike most places, they actually had that slight spicy, but not too spicy, flavor that most restaurants around here have been lacking. Upon walking in, we were skeptical at first since the place was empty, but I guess they mainly get business through take out calls, which they got quite a number of. A few other families came in to sit down as well. Service was prompt and excellent and the waitress was very nice! The food comes to the table on beautiful plates and they even play Mexican music in the background. Would like to see this place get busier because it deserves it!

This place is ALWAYS on point. They deliver through bite squad, or visit them. I adore their food!!

Been going here for years. The posole and fish tacos continue to be outstanding. Chips fried in-house and hot and fresh.

Always closed when we try to go. went there once during business hours and was told by the lady working that she was the only one there and that she was working on delivery orders only. Tried again tonight called ahead to place a to go order they answered the phone didn’t say hello i could here them in the back ground they hung up after my fourth hello. Horrible customer service who knows if this place is even worth the hassle

Edited review: after eatting here a few more times. It is more than safe to say my first 5 star experience was a fluke. We tried dinning in twice and the wait staff was rude, we weren't greeted when coming in, we were asked to seat ourselves then asked to move, incase a bigger party would come in. Even tho the place was dead inside. We tired take out a couple more times. Every time being told that seafood items and other items were unavailable. When we went to pick food up, a family inside had been waitting for quite awhile and descided to leave and patron another restaurant, and quite clearly remarked on the poor service as they left. We sat in the seats but were asked to get up by the staff as the family was coming back, even tho you could clearly see the family walking into a chinese place right outside this establishment. We will never return here for dine in or take out. Poor service, poor quality, and part of the menu never seems available anymore.

The Quesadillas are bomb. The fish Tacos are bomb. Dont try the crab or shrimp dishes. They aren't a good eat at all. The chairs are uncomfortable. And the cleaning rags leave an unpleasant smell on the tables.

The responsiveness by phone and very minimal wait time was the best part about coming here. However, my dish was below average. There was no guacamole that day and no cheese in my dish either. The lack of guacamole would have been nice to know before I had already paid for my meal. When being handed my to-go order is when I was told. I was offered extra salsa and sour cream due to the lack of guacamole but that really didnt make up for it. I like the rice that came as a side but that was the tastiest part of the dish. I was super stoked about finding a Mexican restaurant relatively close to where I live, instead of making the hike to North Shore. However, after getting my dish, was disappointed. This place is a little expensive, which I wouldn't mind if the food exceeded, or even just met, my expectations.

Authentic Mexican food, and it's awsome,!!!

OMG...this is the worst mexican food I have ever had. Bland, tasteless and expensive. I couldn't finish my tacos and burrito. I wouldnt serve this to a dog. Really bad!!!!!

Excellent fish tacos! Came with a Chipotle style sauce. Great food, friendly service, and Vicente Fernandez playing on the stereo. What more can you ask for?

Legit actual Mexican food in western Oahu. It's become our go-to Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend.

The best authentic Mexican food on Oahu. Manager of the restaurant and her employees created a very welcoming environment for my family myself. The portion size of the plates of food and the price matched. They have a queso dip that is served on a hot skillet that comes from 3rd Generation recipe. The restaurant is not big it does have big bold flavors.

This restaurant was ill prepared for the Cinco de Mayo/Taco Tuesday 2020. I went to the restaurant in person to put a take out order, there was only three other people in the line with me and a few customers waiting outaide. After a few minutes, a lot of people started showing up around 530pm, and all orders got severely delayed. People started compalining that they put in their order two houra prior and still not ready. There was only one person working in the cashier area of the resto. Soon, they ran out of items in the menu for the day, and had to cancel some orders.People started getting irritated and started cancelling their orders after waiting for more than an hour outside. I went to check on my order only to be informed that they will have to cancel my order too.

Some of the best Mexican food on the island. As a fellow Texan it is hard to find Tex-Mex food here on island but I found a home at the esta Mexican Grill I highly recommend this place. Ray the owner always remembers your name whenever you go into the restaurant that is so important and means and makes you feel like your family

ME AMO!!!!! I love this place so much. This is the best Mexican food on island by far. The quest fundido is my personal favorite.

I really like this place. I am a creature of habit so I always get the same thing when I go. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't tried to many different dishes so I can't speak on other ones but my dish that I order is really good!!

Love this place. I'm rarely in this area of the island, but when I am I always stop in for a meal. Service is always great, nice atmosphere, music playing but not too loud. Great food. Thank you Jim for your excellent service too!!

DELICIOUS!! I rarely put in reviews, but I was incredibly impressed! The Carne Asada tastes like what I used to get in California, the rice and beans are delicious and taste like home (not the canned mush you get most places). My kids are obsessed with the Horchata. To top it off the service was excellent. Wish I would have found this restaurant 3 years ago! I only have a year left to enjoy!!

This place has had its ups n downs over the last few years. From amazing when the cute old couple ran it, to overly salty and undercooked food when new management stepped in, to back to being pretty darn good Mexican food. The downside is the prices, Mexican food isn't overly expensive. This keeps it from five stars....good food, not great prices.

The service was great. The staff was friendly and it definitely is a neighborhood favorite. However, the carnie was tough and over seasoned. It should have been soft without out all the salt. The shredded beef tacos had potatoes in them. Not horrible but not what I am used to. The salsa was one of the better I have tried on the island.

When this restaurant first opened, I came here a lot--the food and service was ALWAYS GREAT! Once they switched owners, it's a hit or miss... Sometimes it's really good and other times (like tonight), the food is horrible! The price is ridiculous for the food that I got... My daughter ordered a crunchy grilled chicken tacos plate and i had a chicken enchiladas with green sauce... we paid over $30... only to throw the food out because it was so disgusting! The rice (which we asked for extra and no beans but there was barely anything) was hard and the chicken was dry in both our plates... The service was ok, but combined with the food quality and amount for their prices... definitely not a place that i would go back to!

Hey so your store is closed and won’t be able to answer your phone so I’m just gonna leave my message here. So my girlfriend came home with the food, but you guys forgot to put my burrito in the bag. Now my family is enjoying the food, but I don’t have anything to eat. We’ll call tomorrow to get a refund.

Delicious and inexpensive food served by an excellent team of waiters and cooks! Definitely had a great time bringing my family here! It's hard finding a place that serves great Mexican food. But Fiesta's Mexican Grill definitely hits the spot! :)

This food was very bland and had no flavor. Mexican food is all about the flavor so I don't know what this was. I would not consider this Mexican food or even Tex Mex. I ordered multiple dishes so it wasn't just the one dish that was bad. I read a few reviews before going and I'm not sure where other people have been eating to think this food is any good. Their cheese dip is literally melted mozzarella...that is not dip, that is cheese. No dip about it. Cashier seemed nice I will give them that but food wasn't worth the price. Not even close.
